There may be a lot of information avialable on the PH Miracle Diet but most people I have spoken to about it either have never heard of it or did not quite understand how it works.

This blog was created in the hope of sharing information about this lifechanging diet. Maybe calling it a diet is confusing because people will want to equate it with weight loss instead of a lifestyle of healthy eating. Although you are sure to lose weight if you incorporate this alkalizing diet into your eating plans, it is more about eating for optimum health and vitality than losing weight.

My life has certainly changed since I changed my eating habits to the PH Miracle or Alakaline Diet as it is also called. I hope that in sharing more information about it on this blog I might help someone else live a better and healthier life.
